I "run interference" with the mortgage lender who's going to make you your loan. I can't snap my fingers and make buying a home like buying a car, but I can make it easier and smoother. And I do!

I've cut down on duplicated information, too -- give it to me once, my systems "remember" it so I don't ask for it again!
